I am developing a presentation in html that will be delivered on a CD, and shown on the companies laptops by the employees on the road. The laptops were configured with IE browsers. The presentation is simple started by a desktop short cut to “home.htm file on the CD.
My problem is with AOL. Obviously clicking on a html file will launch that file in the default browser. A number of people have personally put AOL on their laptops so they get online and check their personal email while on the road. Unfortunately when AOL is loaded it becomes the default browser and when launched calls the dialup, it’s own navigation etc. This doesn’t work well for the presentation. I need to know In AOL6&7 how dose one change the default browser from AOL back to IE.
Thanks
