AOL Vs Routered IP Net? (return of!)

HELP!
I soooooooooo have to get off AOL and onto a propper internet service.
Using ISDN, just the one line (64). Need ISDN on freefone. Used for business, need to route onto network, and AOL won't let me use multiple users!
I need a flexiable ISP, that is reliable, and uses at least 1 ISDN line on freefone. Budget is £15 a month.
Any ideas?
