I just connected my AOL acct to Outlook using IMAP. The emails come to me properly. My problem is that I can't delete them within Outlook. When I attempt to delete a record, a 'line' goes thru the record and the record becomes 'grayed out'. How can I completed remove a deleted record from the view. thanks.
