AOL Outgoing Mail

Hello,

I understand the difficulties with Outlook and AOL, however this is different.

We have an Mail server(mail.mycompany.com), and my user who is on aol, cannot send mail to anyone outside the company. he can recieve anything...

Does anyone know a way around this please? its really doing my head in...

make sure his outlook account is set up and he is not using the aol email

it is, but he needs to use his AOL email as well..........

he may be able to recieve email but when he tries to relay thru your server it is probably stopping it.

unless you allow relaying from your server (which would not be a good idea).
