Aol Mail Relay Question

I am running web shield smtp and groupshield for exchange 2000. In the logs of the web shield i found that a message keeps getting send and received every 3 seconds. It is sent to and from my mail server. Here is a copy of the log.

This happens about every 3 seconds and doesn't stop. Has anyone ever seen anything like this or know what the problem is.
