Here is the message I get when trying to enter any web site, please help.

res://C:\WINDOWS\System32/shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm#

looks like something from norton antivirus trying to start or conflicting maybe?

Another sucker sucked into AOL! AOL Sucks! Use someother ISP. Oh and it might be a firewall issue or if not that its windows.
