AOL back ups

K,

I will owe big time to someone answering these questions, since i don't have the time to research..

I need to wipe the OS and reinstall, therefore,

need to backup these off AOL 8 installation on my disk:

existing messages
shortcuts
address book

then would have to restore them onto the new system..

i do think aol gives this option when you uninstall before you rebuild. The you could burn those files onto a cd and then rebuild.
