I access a free AOL email account via Chrome. Until recently when I received an email attachment I would click on the attachment and it would download and show as a button at the bottom of the page. I would click on the button and the file, usually a .pdf, would open.
A few weeks ago something changed. Now when I click on the attachment, a small dialogue box opens briefly at the bottom of the page saying, "Waiting on AOL mail" or something to that effect. It doesn't stay open long. The file does not download.
Any thoughts on the cause? OR a cure?
