I've got a customer that's recently began having issues with outbound caller ID not being delivered properly to certain carriers, in this case, AT&T. Their service provider ran some call traps and determined that the Screening Indicator on outbound is not tagged properly and therefore AT&T mobile devices are not receiving caller ID information, and it shows up as "PRIVATE" or "UNKNOWN".

Does anyone know of a way that I can tag the screening indicator to user provided, passed network screening, or network provided?

Working with IP500v2 on 9.0.5. Multiple PRIs, and we use 2 ARS tables to send the main # (9) or their DID (7).

Thanks!

You can change it to National instead of Unknown using "i" either in the dial shortcode or incoming call route if you use that for CLI.

You know what's terrible? I create a couple of test ARS tables and a new user rights with short codes that went to those, and had the client make some test calls yesterday and they still failed.

Just realized I forgot to assign the extension to the new user rights so it wasn't using the correct ARS tables. Bleh. I'm having him test right now, will report back! Thanks in advance, I imagine it should work!
