Anyway to Write VB Code to Detect IE Version?

I have a OTS web based product that will be deployed shortly. One requirement is that users have IE 5.0 or 5.5. So.. I would like to construct a little VB code that will do a PC checkup to make sure they are using the correct version. Any ideas are appreciated. tia, Steve Steve Medvid
