ANYWAY TO SEE BUSY EXTENSIONS AT INTENAL OR EXTERNAL CALLS 1

HI EVERYBODY ;

AT OPT 11 C RLS 25.40 .IS THERE ANYWAY TO SEE THE BUSY EXTENSION IS TALKING WITH INTERNAL OR AN EXTERNAL NUMBER FROM A CONSOLE OR A SET.

CAN WE DO IT BY A BLF AT CONSOLE OR BY KEY EXP MODULE AT M3904 SETS OR A PC CONSOLE??? FROM A SECRETARY FOR EXMAPLE.

I AM TALKING ABOUT THE USER NOT FOR ME I CAN SEE IT WITH THE TRACE COMMAND.

You can do it with a blf on the console, the only thing wrong with this is the extensions have to be inn sequential order. Your best bet is a add on mod on the 3904 with either bfs or scn keys.

install a display key on the phone with the add-on that has the ext.'s programmed on it.To see the type of call the caller is on with press display key once then the button of the call in progress and you will see either a 4 digit ext.(assuming you are using 4 digit ext's.)for an internal dn to dn call.Or you will see an acod and member # of an external party or the full 10 digit outside # if you have caller ID enabled for an external call-hope this is what you were looking for.

ý can see only the extension number of the programmed dn not the other side(ext or trunk)

Can you write it one by one.

can I have a problem about programming the keys.

or ý couldnt tell the problem...

I want to see the extensions from secretary if they are talking with extensions or trunk(internal or external)
with bfs or scn or at tke m2250 blf.

You could always go into ld 80 and do a trac of DN

I will have to do it for the last user.
I cant give a terminal near the secretary and cant say 'you will have to go ld 80 trac ... '....
it will be a big problem.
