anyoShortcoming of Installing Backup Exec 10d on W2K wkstn vs server

Hi guys,

I would just like to know what is your opinion about installing Backup Exec 10d server on a W2K workstation rather than w2K server. To save some money because we already have the user license for the W2K workstation, I though this is the route to go since our company is very small.

I know according to the HCL list I got from Symantec, BE 10d does work on Windows 2000 profession but just want to know your thought and if anyone had similar experience as mine. Would you be able to let me know if you fine anything wrong that's been crop up?

Shouldnt be an issue at all. If you a small company then you not going to be pulling large amounts of data accross the network so it should be fine.
