I have followed the Nice/Cybertech documentation with no luck in getting audio to record. I'm not even sure if the PRTvoip file is configured right.Has anyone had luck recording the iturrets?

Well guys. I finally figured out my problem of not recording VOIP. It turns out that I forgot that everytime there is a firmware I change that I have to redo the VOIP settings and put it back on Directaudio. I reset the settings and it all worked as expected.

Slight problem with your profile, you couldn't have installed the first NICE voip recorder as I did that when I was at Etrali in 2000 for a customer with cucm v3.0. It was an 8ch rec, the most they could do at that time and I spent the whole weekend working with Tel Aviv to get the thing working as they had deployed all the DLLs in the wrong folders.
