Anyone willing to try this??

Okay, I am trying to see If it is my feature module, the processor, or the power supply that has croaked on my merlin 1030. So If anyone is willing to try this test for me, please do. Turn off the 1030 control unit, and slid out the processor. Plug in set, and put it in test mode. Do the same with the feat module. Does the test mode perform correctly??, If the answer is yes, than my power module is bad. If the answer is no, than I am stuck between a rock and a hard spot.


I am very greatful for anyones assistance.

how many phones do you have on the system?

Right now, I have two. The other day, the phones went dead. And either the power module, or the processor is dead. When the phones are put int test mode, Only the red lights come on.
