Anyone willing to look at my simple fla?

Hello all I have a problem with a fla I am working on it is basically a window opening, it has a minimize button and maximize button tha topens and closes it. I have a bio graphic that has dynamic text fields for contact info. But I can't get it to appear, and fade out.
the zip is only 16kbs, can anyone help?
