Anyone using the Crystal that came with VB.NET 2003?

I can't seem to find any documentation on it. I've been to the web site. Who do you have to know, or how much do I have to spend to get a simple tutorial on how to make a report that get's called from a web page? Or one that works in a simple application?

Is this too much to ask? I don't mean to sound mad, but I have been at this for 2 weeks now and I am no further ahead. I added the report to the project, set up the database and stuff. Then it ALWAYS prompts me for a name and password. Suppose I want to change the query? I want to create the recordset outside of CR, then pass it to it.

don't work for me. It may be that I am real new to .net, but I worked in VB6 for some time.

Can someone please tell me what I am missing? Is the version of CR I have not a good one?

Yes. I have that too. I have read that article to death. LOL It's a shame it was not a bit longer, and gone into more SQL detail.
