Anyone Using Smart Office Scan for eSynergy?

We are trying to set up our demo and not having any luck. Looks like the page is scanned but it does not show up anywhere. Has anyone gotten this to work? We have a temp license for SDK so that is not the issue. We are currently on eSynergy 360.
