We tried, we really tried but the North American sales and support was absolutely terrible. It took weeks and weeks for them to get back to us, constant re-schedule of resources and extremely limited technical staff.
At first glance it looks like a solid option. Perhaps the UK based office is better equipped.
True - we've not really had too much trouble with the solution - UK supports seems pretty much switched on but the available information on redbox is not good. very technically limited when you're trying to fix stuff yourself.. tends to just work either in active or passive modes - active to capture E1/T1 and passive for SIP
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
