Hi,
we are a big Company and we have to use JDM on Unix-Server via X because of so many Operators and Desktop PC's (we also use Optivity 8.1.1 and 9.2 - but we really don't want 10)
We try to use JDM (5.2.0.0 upto 5.5.8.0) via Exceed 6.0.1, 6.0.2 and 6.2.0 on several Servers (HP-UX 11.0 and Solaris 2.8) with different Settings in Exceed (98/NT/W2K).
The Main Device-Window in coming on the Screen (Native to Windows) and looks quite nice.
The following 1.st Menu will be placed anywhere on the Screen.
The 2.nd Menu (maybe a Click in IP- or Bridge-Menu) will never be shown ... only a fast 'flicker' on the Screen.
This happens for all our Devices the JDM can manage (Baystack 350/450, Accelar 1100, Passport 1200)
Does anybody use JDM for Unix and have an Answer or an Idea about this Problem ?
p.s. if we set the Display for JDM to one of our old HP-Workstations there are no Problems - so the installation on the Server should be ok (path,variables,java-version)
have a nice day
Thomas
