Anyone using Business Portal?

We're trying to implement Business Portal 1.2, but we are having trouble with getting permission for any user other than Administrator to use the Queries pages. Just get an error when we click on that page. Can't seem to find the right permissions to change.
Here's the error:
Exception of type System.Web.HttpUnhandledException was thrown. If this error persists, please contact your Business Portal administrator.

Also, when I go to the homepage, I get the following error in the Quick Links section:

"Unable to update the specified query, Fetch QuickLinks, from the specified XML definition."

Any thoughts?

I've installed the software a few weeks back but haven't tested it. Have you tried GP support already or check TechKnowledge?

I've tried Techknoledge - nothing there related to my problem. Haven't tried tech support yet. Was hoping to avoid that (potential) cost.

Tried installing 1.2 this past week, but I keep getting a failure half-way through:
"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2343."
I get it repeatedly - no clue what it means. Nothing on TK about that either.
