Anyone using backflush labor?

Is anyone using backflush labor in routings? It appears only the labor time is backflushed not the machine time. Yet the documentation refers to both machine and labor time as being backflushed when using this option. I don't know if this is a setup issue or if the program doesn't function as stated in the documentation?

Appreciate any feedback.
