Hi,
We move about our campus enviroment very often, but still need to be connected with applications that are running through Citrix. Has anyone had any success doing this with pocket pc, windows ce or any other approach via a wireless connection? We were looking at the HP ipaq handhelds, but I don't want to spend money on something that ultimately will not work (if that's the case).

Thanks for the help,
Tom

I´ve tested wireless connections against a citrix farm through a fujitsuu pocket pc handheld.

I just did a general test through a webinterface-site and opened an application on a PS 4.0 farm. Worked just fine.

Did you have any scolling issues, where you were unable to access the entire application screen? How about the keyboard; was it functional and did all the characters do what they should? Example, did the enter key actually act like an enter key, or did you see some bizarre behavior. Those were the two most complained about items on the Citrix forums. But, most of the posts were old, so we wanted to recheck this before buying any pocket pcs.

Thanks,

I can not remember having any special problems using pocket pc´s against terminal servers. It acted like an ordinary ICA session.
