Anyone used 'Spotlight' Monitoring Tool?

Can't seem to see disk activity. The screen hints that I do not have sufficient permissions.

It will not allow root login.

Anybody else got around this?

Is this Spotlight for ORacle? who are you logging in as?

bi,

spotlight can be purchase for most platforms, and I have the AIX edition.

I am logging in as my own user and have tried sys...

there are two types of connections that can be used Rexec & SSH.

I'm using the Rexec method which will not allow root login...

Any ideas?

sorry. I just have experience with spotlight for oracle. just guessing, but do you have a .netrc file for root, which would allow you to use rexec?
