Anyone use the Developer Extensions Packaging Wizard?

Just got the Visual Studio Tools for MS Office 2003. I'm using the packaging wizard that comes with the Developer Extensions. It work great, and I'm liking it a lot.

My only problem at this point is it will not allow me to add a help file to my package. Next to Help File, there are 2 asterixes(indicating something, but I'm not sure). I cannot type anything in the Help File line to specify the path to my .hlp. The Browse button is also greyed out. Anyone else have this issue?

I have figured out that this is greyed out due to the fact that I have not specified a workgroup file. Apparently the 2 asterixes means that the help file is Only Available for 'All Users' root installation folders when a workgroup file is specified. I have messed around with the security wizard of my DB. My problem now is that it is creating a username and password to login! I don't want this required of my users when I distribute the app. By specifying this new security.mdw file I was able to add my help file though. How do I create a usergroup that has all permissions and no login is required?! Doesn't really make sense to me. If I include this security.mdw, will users always have to login when they open the DB?

I got around this by not including a Help file.
