Anyone use Softshare Delta/ECS?

Looking into Windows based EDI mapping/managment software. So far Softshare looks pretty good. Have also looked at EDI Complete 4.0 and that look godd but not as full featured as Softshre's products.

I am an installer/integrator for Softshare here in Montreal, Canada amongst other EDI products and yes, it is a fine, easy-to-use, capable EDI translator and document manager. Support is also excellent.

Starting with this company and they have the Softshare Vista and Delta products here in the US.
Is there any user groups and information center other than the canned web site of Softshare out there ??
