Anyone use Microcall with Cisco Call Manager?

I'm looking for someone who has successfully connected a Microcall to a Cisco Call Manager.

We are having an issue currently where the Microcall doesn't seem to want to connect to the CDR database. Well to be more specific is appears to be connected but when we hit the "Test Microcall" (button on Microcall interface) we get no data.

If possible, would anyone be willing to send me their working config?
