Anyone use/configure Secure Sentinel devices?

I have a 61 and mail at a remote location. I connect to the 61 through a Secure Sentinel (NOT a teltronics SEB) and have just had the local guy attach the mail admin port to the secondary serial port on the Sentinel. I can dial in and authenticate just fine, but unlike the SEB, there's no menu or port-select dialogue-- It just dumps me straight into the PBX TTY port after authentication.

Has anyone ever worked with one of these before? In a multi-port setup? Is there a key-sequence I need to enter in order to select which of the Sentinel's COM ports I connect to?
