Anyone take 70-621

I'm thinking about taking this but i can't seem to find any books, i can see plenty for 70-620 and 70-622.

I've seen this note on the MS site "There is no Microsoft Press Training Kit available for Exam 70-621. However, you can use the following Microsoft Press training kits for Windows Vista exams to help you prepare for Exam 70-621."

MCITP Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-622): Supporting and Troubleshooting Applications on a Windows Vista Client for Enterprise Support Technicians


I'm not in the mood for buying two sets of books so i'm hoping for a third party to be covering this subject.

Mspress books are usually lousy, the couple i've bought over the years have never been close to covering all topics.

Pretty much syngress writes the best books, really good coverage on everything. Especially if you don't have day to day experience with the products, well documented from a screenshot perspective.

Sybex books are usually out pretty early, not as good as syngress but thats probably because they are usually 3-6 months in advance. Generally have 90-95% coverage of exam material

Yes i've found that the early MS books are rushed out to meet the release of the product, then later they release a second edition (this sounds familiar).

MS or Sybex don't do a 70-261 book, not to worry i think i'll wing it.

Passed it today i mainly revised from the Vista administrators pocket consultant and using a test box to go through the objectives on the MS site. The second section covering 70-622 was more difficult than the first by a way.
