anyone seen this weird button issue 2

have not been out to site yet but figured id pop on here

bcm50 6.0 with 11xx series ip phones

receptionist has an 1140e with kim modules and randomly when she tries to transfer to vmail of one internal auto dial, when she presses the autodial it says button not available.

i know for sure the buttons are programmed correctly. I checked remotely in programming and i had her f*0 the button for me

i think it is likely user error but who knows

I didn't know you could use auto dial for F983 on IP sets.
I would have thought it does not work period.

You can autodial F986 or an internal DN but cannot combine or tandem once in F986 you have to manually input.

Thats right.
The mailboxes are not auto dial buttons.
internal Auto dials are extns numbers.

To transfer to a mail box you can press a button programmed with F986 but you must then manually enter the Mailbox number.

Sequence: F986 followed by Mailbox number.
