Anyone seen this from Spybot S&D

i got the below hit on my W2K machine.
Microsoft.Windows.Security.InternetExplorer: Settings (Registry change, nothing done)

I havent seen that but my guess is it has to do with spybots tea timer add on for internet explorer. I never use it.

did not install TT. no info on the Spybot website either.
 
It has to do with some of the features for Internet Explorer in Service Pack 2. Spybot will report settings that were deemed "less secure" so the user can correct them.
For example, it will report when the security center is disabled (each part actually).

This is just another example relating to the allowing of the execution of "active content" within the browser.
