Cause:
Diag messages are being printed from mplr17103 - which is part of 16005 part B and is indicating that the switch is running on back-up D-Channel.
Problem Resolution
Fix:
Switch to the primary D-channel and the DIAG messages will go away.
These codes come out on my switch also.
As TAnselm stated they indicate that your on the backup D Channel. These codes starting coming out (when on backup D)after we upgraded to our fiber network and 25.40B.
