Anyone see this? Agent login trouble

I have a remote site that is new. Here is the problem

Agent has to hit the MSB then NRD then incalls and then repeat the sequence before they get the agent ID prompt to login to the set.

This is a CS1000M Multi Group 4.5 CCM 6.0

I've not seen this before but you should check the configuration of the default queue against one that works correctly. Normally you would need to hit the MSB key twice to log out and just hit the incalls key once to log in.

I know how it should work but this is the sequence required to log in now. Just trying to find out if anyone has seen this. Tech on site is running with it.
