Anyone recognize PropWizard.exe?

Often, when I start the win 95 compaq pc at work, it tells me to worry about the fact that PropWizard.exe can't be found in the windows/system folder. So far, no problem with operating the pc. No luck with searches on Copernic, Google, and the Microsoft site.
Any help appreciated.

run sysedit go to win.ini and remove the line load/run c:\windows\system\propwizard.exe
propwizard was a setup program for one or other software that was loaded
