OK - long time ago when trying to get HFT going it would ONLY work if one had a genuine IBM keyboard/mouse plugged into the system unit. Try another keyboard - won't work.

However, years and years have gone by. Now I find that in order to get the lft working as a console on my B50 it seems that I MUST plug in a GENUINE IBM keyboard!!!!!

Does anyone know why or better yet, has anyone been able to skirt this requirement or even read of a method to do so?

I'd be most interested because I would like to use a newer (Logitech) keyboard and a KVM to control multiple servers.

Thanks,
