i get this error when i verify the data
and on the lower left it says something about reading TARES when this error pops up

You have an option for frequent buyer or something like that activated and not using, or you are and don't have this set up.

so where would i go to fix something like this..
i dont see anything like frequent buyer in aloha manager

Search the ini files for those settings. Check backoffice settings to see if you have a delivery option check marked you don't need in store settings. I don't work with Aloha anymore, but I remember seeing this once before and it had something to do with frequent buyer and delivery options not being configured correctly.
