Anyone know where I can buy Flash MX (not MX 2004)

Since Macromedia screwed up by taking away many features in MX 2004 and that it can't save to anthing below MX, I need to purchase and upgrade or full version of Flash MX. I have several documents that were created with Flash MX 2004 that needs to be converted to Flash 5, and only MX can save down to Flash 5.

Anyone know of site that STILL has this in stock for sale, please reply. I've already contacted Macromedia, and they dont even have their own old software for sale.
