Anyone know what this is

We've been asked to supply a marshalling frame for an overseas PBX project. I've never heard of it but assume it may be some kind of distribution frame.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

It's ok the cust came back with more info. It's actually called a marshall panel and it's for radio power control system on an oil rig and shouldn't have been in our doc.
