Anyone know what this error message means?

ERROR=0 ERROR_TEXT= VERSION=2.0

I created a flash exam using learning interactions. When I put it in our LMS, learningspace, I get a pop up window that states that error message after every multiple choice question. All the data is calculating and passing find, just that annoying window.

I would appreciate any information anyone could send me.
