Calls to IP Office trunks do not succeed.
Resolution
Contact your technical support organization.
If you are running Release 2.2 of Communication Manager, request and apply patch 8739 or any later patch that
includes 8739, or request and apply field load 117.
If you are running Release 3.0 of Communication Manager, request and apply patch 10292 or any later patch that
includes 10292.
Workaround or alternative remediation
Restart the server.
