anyone know these compaq tape units

Hi All

Figured that a few people here would be familiar with Compaq gear. Need a couple of tape units for a TSM test box. Found these on ebay:

Was planning to put these in a PC with a couple of adaptec 2940 cards. Anyone know if these:
A) Have a win2003 driver
B) Self terminate
C) Will work in a non compaq box

I doubt they will have a Windows 2003 driver due to their age but I would have thought you can get some sort of driver (even generic) to work with them. I cannot find anything but these units should fall under the DLT4000 banner.

If I remember right, the termination should be on the internal SCSI cable as there is no self-termination

And as long as the power connections are the same, there should be no reason why one of these will not work in a non-Compaq box.
