Hello, hope to find someonne that has the software version 8.x.x level 9 access codes - we have four customers that we "adopted" with these systems but the level 8 access pw had been changed and we are fairley knowledgable on IDS's, but we don't have the level 9 access codes for ver 8.x.x (we do have all the others for earlier versions - want to trade?) so consequently we can't make any major changes to these customers (unless we default, but that is not optional at this point). Any help is most appreciated.

Try this:
Control D
executon
Then fsupport.

This should get you in. There is a huge list for all the different versions.
Let me know if more assistance is needed.

Thanx, tried that one, no go - here's what we have.....

Ver 8.0 - 228 & Eclipse Ver 3.X "Ctrl-d EXECUTON" "FSUPPORT"
Ver 6.73 - 228 "Ctrl-d SOFTWARE" (software date w/dashes reversed [ex. 04-12-92 "92-12-04"]
Ver 4 42 & Ver 7 228 "Ctrl-d ISOETEC" "AID-TECH"
Ver 8.0 - 108 "Ctrl-d MISSION" "FSUPPORT"

The "Ctrl-d EXECUTON" works for the first half of the access as it does return and ask for authorization (to which it won't if not correct), but none of the second pw's we have work - the software ver is 8.2.4.

If you've got more, I'd love to see them!

Thanx...

I will scan the list I have to you.

I was working with executone on a big national account and level 8 password is: "level8"

Just thought I would share

Help, I've been stuck with an old IDS 84 and a Infostar VX2
The IDS 84 lost it's programming in transit, and now it won't intergrate with the Infostar. Does anyone know how to set up inband intergration? I followed the steps to set it up, but they don't seem to be talking. On the forwarding and VMS page (G) if I put H36 as the destination it goes to generic Infostar greeting, but doesn't go to subscriber MB's. VMS, which the manual says to use, doesn't work at all

fsoz, you have to add a "#" (pound sign) to the "PF" column in the g screen - it's the column RIGHT after "BOX#"

Hope that helps....
