Anyone know of a site that gives an explanation of various process statement options (to use in source) in a Cobol program? I've been here 3 years, but among the few programmers, I'm the "newbie". As I'm sure a lot of you do, I "steal" a lot of code from old programs to save typing. Anyway, what I've noticed is that there are some process statements that were used in past programs that I can't find information on. I thought maybe someone here could might be able to point me to a site or something...Thanks.

Oh, sorry......I'm working with V5R1 in an AS400 environment

Thanks. I did find that, and it was helpful in pointing me to corresponding CRTCBLPGM command parameters. Sometimes there was helpful info by looking there. Here's my situation. Usually I see that another program is using a process statement, and I try to find out why/if it's useful for my situation. For example, many of the programs that work with subfiles use "FS9MTO0M". I found out that this converts the 9M screen status code (end of subfile) to 0M. I just don't know why........Also, 9M is usually specified as a non-critical error (prg won't fail). ???
