Hi, our computer just crashed at work, and we have a xerox workcentre pro 416 that everyone here would print to, and the person who configured this is no longer here, and I need to put this printer on my computer now and have everyone set up to print from mine, I have networked printers before but just when they were connected directly to mine, but I have no idea how to do this now, the printer goes straight to the linksys switch, so I'm lost on how to add that on my system? Thanks.

1. Get the IP address of the printer
2. On your computer click Start>Printers and Faxes
3. Click ADD Printer
4. Click Next
5. Choose Local Printer (uncheck automatically detect)
6. Next
7. Choose "CREATE NEW PORT"
8. Choose TCP/IP Port
9. Next
10. Fill in IP address
11. Assign a name for the port (it's just a description)
12. Click Finish
13. Select the correct driver
14. Next
15. Share the printer and complete the add printer wizard
16. Adjust permissions if necessary
