I keep trying to report this, and various fools continue to tell me that I am blacklisted. Once I got someone to get the rbl listing rescinded, but since they obviously didn't do anything else, it's back up in duplicate.

ATT Internet Services IP address 71.131.181.11 is black listed by both dnsbl.sorbs.net and
dynamic.spamlists.tqmcube.com. Messages to their subscribers are rejected.
I reported this issue several weeks ago and was told it had been resolved. It has not only not been fixed, but has worsened. Attempts to report the problem take a day to two days and repeated explanations that I am not spamming, that my domain is not being targeted. I have not been able to change addresses, as I was told to do, and cannot reach my clients.
A tier two conversation today resulted in instructions to email removeme@sbc.sbcglobal.net . I could not make clear that we did not need to be removed from your spam list, but that you needed to secure your portal and be removed from Sorbs and Cube. If you request removal and are not secured, this issue will resume.
Please assist me in carrying out my business by a) having the address removed from the rbl's on which it is listed, b) taking appropriate steps to secure the servers/portals and c) providing your tech support with the information which will enable customers to report effectively spam related blockages.
