ANYONE KNOW HOW TO DISABLE THE F1 key in IE4+?

I think it can be trapped using the window.event.keycode
but how do i find out what keycode the F1 key is ?
all i have found is that the escape key has a keycode of 27 (or something like that)

any help appreciated.
