I am not sure if anyone is familiar with BrightArrow and Executive Assistant, but if you have some knowledge about this problem I will greatly appreciate it. During the Media wizard when trying to dial from a wav phone to an actual phone I get the "lineOpen() function failed" error. I have checked extensions in the TSP and NetSet along with firewalls, versions, and just about anything I can think of. I you know something about TAPI programming that would be very helpful. Thanks.
