Hi,

i work for an avaya/cisco reseller. we are looking to take on another phone system, and i have decided to start having a look around.

can anyone give me some advice on which uk distributers they use, and where to start looking for training (i.e through mitel or through disti?)

and if there is anything else i should know/think about?
