Hi,

First let me say that I have absolutely no knowledge of Foreing Language PC's.

I have a vb6 program, Written in the US, that will be installed on a PC in Shanghi, China. It will be installed on a Chinese PC running Chinese Windows. The setup program's default installation folder is "C:\IBWIN6".

The setup program will also be creating sub-folders in the C:\IBWIN6 folder. These sub-folders will have a ".bnk" extension, for example: MySubFolde.bnk will reside in C:\IBWIN6\MySubFolder.bnk

I wil be using VB6's built in setup program to create the setup files needed.

My question is: Will a Chinese PC have any problems creating folders with English Fonts? Also are there any other foreign language/country issues I haven't even thought about?

If you have any helpful advice, I'd love to hear it.

Thanks.

Steve
