Anyone having problems with system lockup - Netgear WG111T

This is Windows XP, and after installing, the system randomly locks up, can be 5 min or 2 hours.

No connection issues, and works properly.

If I disable the network connection system runs flawlessly.

Have downloaded a beta version of driver to replace the regular version. No change.

I have run this device on a WIN XP Pro SP2 machine and had no problems at all. Could it be your router? Does the system still run slow when the device is enabled but the router is turned off, effectively the device is enabled but not connected?
