anyone having issues with voicemail to email after last windows update?

for some reason im having a hard time with voicemail to email at several sites after this last Windows update? I hate it when people say nothing has changed, but if it did, I cant find it?

I keep getting the error message: error 9 sending email to.... in dbgview log?

ive checked to make sure the email server is working correctly, and it is...

VMPro 5.0.30

sorry... I should say that the site im working on did replace the VM Pro machine with a newer windows machine. was a windows pro 7 machine, now its a windows pro 10 machine...

make sure you have turned off the firewall in Windows 10. Also have you tried making sure you can ping the smtp server from the new machine?

question.... when I change settings in the control panel, it does not update in the registery? what does that mean?
